Respond to calls, safely load/transport vehicles, perform roadside assistance (jumps, lockouts, tire changes), complete digital job notes, and deliver five-star service.
Diagnose and repair commercial trucks (engine, drivetrain, brakes, electrical, hydraulics). Perform PMs, DOT inspections, and help keep our fleet in top shape.
Answer calls with empathy, triage jobs, dispatch operators efficiently, and communicate ETAs clearly with customers, AAA, and law enforcement when needed.
Operate heavy wrecker for towing and recovery, respond to calls, ensure safety during heavy-duty operations.
Repair vehicle bodies, paint, and perform collision repairs on towed vehicles.
Prepare surfaces on heavy trucks and equipment through expert sandblasting, and apply high-quality paint finishes for durability and appearance.
Responsible for mounting, balancing, repairing, and replacing commercial tires both in the shop and on roadside service calls. Ensure fleet and customer vehicles are safe and road-ready.
Act as the main point of contact for our truck repair customers. Greet clients, write up repair orders, communicate technician findings and estimates, and ensure a five-star service experience.
Manage the flow and organization of our vehicle storage lot. Responsibilities include documenting incoming/outgoing vehicles, maintaining lot security, and assisting customers with vehicle releases.
